Fans and Blowers are looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business with over 50 years of industry experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings & specifications.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding to high standards.
• Set up, monitor, and weld components following specified weld procedures.
• Carry out grinding work as required.
• Adhere to company quality procedures and complete weld maps and traceability records.
• Follow all safety and environmental policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Produce high-quality products to meet production deadlines.
