Joining the Team

We are excited to welcome Edd Nurcombe to the Fans & Blowers team as our new Design Engineer Apprentice. Edd brings over 7 years of hands-on experience in laser operation and sheet metal work, and is now expanding his skills in the drawing office to learn the technical side of design and planning.

Hands-On Experience Meets Learning

Though new to the team, Edd has already demonstrated his precision, reliability, and strong work ethic. His background in various fabrication environments has given him a solid foundation in attention to detail, efficiency, and adaptability—qualities that are invaluable as he grows into his new design-focused role.

Edd is now developing his technical drawing skills to better understand and contribute to the full manufacturing process, bridging practical workshop knowledge with design expertise.
