Duncan Keates

Operations and Sales Director

Duncan’s experience of over 20 years at Fans and Blowers, both on the shop floor and in technical sales, has been dedicated to increasing efficiency in the day to day operations of the business. Duncan is responsible for operations across all business functions including sales, the drawing office and production.

Engineering Manager

Bill has over 50 years experience in the industry and has supported continuous development and technical expertise improvement throughout his tenure. Bill’s vast knowledge base and technical competence has been at the heart of the business’ development, supporting all teams and functions.

Steve is a computer science graduate from Bournemouth University. Excited to make a positive impact, he joins us in a position that allows use of his knowledge and innovative abilities. Steve will support the technical sales team in quoting and estimating. He will be on hand to provide technical support to our ever-growing customer base. Accounts

Sally ensures smooth operation of accounts, invoicing, documentation and manages the export operations. Sally’s focus on a seamless delivery of business process allows the business to achieve guaranteed high quality, fast but thorough client experience.

Will Hopkins

Production Manager

Will is responsible for the purchasing of goods, materials and services to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.

Design Engineer

Jason’s background of over 20 years experience in the fabrication industry is represented in his eye for detail and efficiency. Jason is proficient in using both Solid Works and the new Bysoft software, enabling smooth transition from the design stage to the manufacturing process.

Trainee Designer Engineer

Lee is our trainee designer engineer, working alongside skilled engineers produces 2D drawings, 3D models and other documentation allowing a smooth transition from drawing to production.

Long Serving Team Member

Long serving member at Fans and Blowers, with 34 years of experience under his belt, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. When he's not working, Roy is a family man who loves spending time with his loved ones, fishing, dog walking and cheering on Man United. We are lucky to have him on our team.

Malcolm Bowey

Seasoned Welder

Meet Malcolm, a seasoned welder with nearly 45 years of industry experience and an impressive 34 years at Fans and Blowers. When he's not expertly welding for our team, you can find him taking on home renovation projects at his Victorian cottage on the moors.

Jordan Winter

Fitting Supervisor

Meet Jordan! He's been a fitting supervisor at Fans and Blowers team for 11 years, bringing his expertise as a fitter to the table. When he's not working, you can find him cheering on his beloved Man United or reminiscing about his days playing football. He's also got a passion for fishing and might just pick it back up again.

Paul Saunders

Supervisor Welder

Paul is a supervisor welder with over 20 years of experience and 5 years at Fans and Blowers. When he's not overseeing the welding team, you can find him busy being a dedicated family man and helping out with his kids' pantos. He also unwinds on the golf course, perfecting his swing.
